POLYURETHANE
Form and function determined by your application
Herikon uses computer-controlled, low-pressure machines to produce hot-cast polyurethanes. The high reaction temperatures guarantee consistent and high quality. Processing is done in moulds that we develop and produce ourselves. We also develop our own materials
in collaboration with global partners. We have a number of base materials that we can adjust in terms of hardness and colour, for example, and can mix with other additives that contribute to a successful application. This could include UV stabilisation, antistatic agents or food approval.
